A CALL TO ACTION!

Recent History of Iraq (part II) Ties to Terrorism

One of the most amazing things about human nature to me is our ability to fool ourselves. A case in point is that during the 1990’s numerous prominent Democratic Party leaders spoke incessantly about the threat that Iraq posed. Now these same people often contradict what was said publicly. That is the nature of politics. What is truly sad is how the Major Media in this country often does the same and/or do not call these leaders to task for their contradictory statements. I used to think that much of what we are witnessing regarding the threat that the former regime of Saddam Hussein posed was totally based upon a total hatred of President Bush. After long considerations I have come to the conclusion that the problem is much deeper than that. The left in this country has a very long and storied history of appeasement and refusal to confront any enemy of our country. This goes back to the 1920’s and the lefts fascination with communism. The story is long, but the refusal of most leftists to admit what the terrible thing communism is/was is unbelievable to anyone with a clear thinking brain.

The evidence that Iraq has supported terrorism is overwhelming. Critics like to argue that Saddam’s secular government could not or would not cooperate with groups like Al Qaeda. This is wishful thinking at best and down right stupidity at worse. There is so much evidence which contradicts this absurd assertion. I will list a number of web sites which the reader can peruse at their own leisure if they want too.

http://frontpagemag.com/Articles?Printable.asp?ID=23264 lists a huge body of work by journalist of all stripes who have previously reported on links between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda. Another fascinating interview regarding Saddam and links to 9/11 can be found at: http://www.frontpagemag.com/articles/Printable.asp?ID=11647  Doctor Mylorie was at one time an advisor to President elect Bill Clinton regarding matters in the Middle East. She has written extensively about the first attacks on the laceName w:st="on">WorldlaceName> laceName w:st="on">TradelaceName> laceType w:st="on">CenterlaceType> and the evidence of Iraqi involvement.

Another brief article covers the terrorist training facility at Salman Pak in Iraq. This is the facility which contains the body of a 727. Clear evidence indicates that this was used to train terrorists in high jacking airplanes as well as the use of biological weapons. There is also is some evidence that the perpetrators of 9/11 actually trained there.

Shifting back to something which I have written about before is the evidence regarding Iraqi intelligence agents and the bombing of the laceName w:st="on">MurrahlaceName> laceName w:st="on">FederallaceName> laceType w:st="on">BuildinglaceType> in Oklahoma City. This can be found at:

Another great body of work which argues very effectively regarding the issue of Saddam and his support of terrorism is found at the site:

This site (freerepublic) has done a very notable job of posted links to numerous captured Iraqi government documents and their translations. I quoted 9in a letter to the Herald Journal) from some of these previously. I am truly amazed how the Major Media has totally ignored these documents and the BEEPing story which they tell. But I guess this isn’t really surprising considering how political they have become.

Finally I would like to add an article which appeared in the Washington Post arguing why Iraq was most likely the source for the Anthrax used after 9/11.
